Terms Governing The Use Of This Website
1. Who we are

Prosperis Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 223586.
Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sentinel Commercial Life / Prosperis Ltd, and “you” refers to anyone accessing or using the site.
These terms govern your use of the site itself. They are separate from, and do not form, any client agreement, terms of business, or suitability report you may receive once you instruct us as an adviser. Where there is any conflict between these terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement takes priority for that relationship.

By accessing or using this site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should stop using the site.

3. Purpose of this site and no advice disclaimer
This site provides general information about business protection products — including Key Person cover, Shareholder Protection, Relevant Life Plans, Executive Income Protection, and Whole of Life cover for inheritance tax planning — for UK limited companies.
Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or invitation to enter into any contract of insurance. Content is general in nature and does not take into account the specific circumstances of your business or any individuals involved.
You should not rely on site content as a substitute for personalised advice. Any advice we provide to a client is given only after fact-find, needs analysis, and a written suitability report addressed to that client — not on the basis of anything published here.
Submitting an enquiry form, calling, or emailing us through this site does not, by itself, create a client relationship or place us under any obligation to act for you. A client relationship begins only once we have confirmed in writing that we are acting on your behalf.
